Cancellation Policy

Cancellation By Firstpack Company Limited:

We are committed to give the finest service to our customer, however, there may be certain orders that we cannot accept, and thus, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel or refuse any order. The reason for cancelations or refuse could be limitation on the quantity available for purchase; errors in pricing or product details or certain issues recognized by our fraud avoidance department or any other issue which Firstpack identifies for not accepting the order. In addition to that, we reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in some exceptional certain cases. We notify buyers in case their order get cancelled fully or partially or if any extra information is required to for order acceptance.

Cancellation by Customer:

Once you place the order, it could only be cancelled before it dispatches from our side. Registered customer can check their order status at Order option available at https://firstpacks.com.  Once we receive the cancellation request, we initiate the refunding process. The amount will be refunded to buyers account via the same payment mode that the buyer used to make the transaction or via cheque (Cheque method for refund would only be used in a condition when debit/credit card used by customer while placing the order is not in use).

NOTE : In the event that the transaction failed but the amount has been deducted from buyers account, Firstpack refund the amount to buyers account at the earliest. For all type of assistance user can mail us at sale.firstpack@gmail.com.
