Thus, Firstpack conducts business, abiding all laws applicable to data privacy and security in the country where distribution of Firstpack products takes place.

The company’s Privacy Policy aims to inform its users, clients and other sharing data on Firstpack platform in anyways about how their personal data will be used and disclosed, how people can control the use of their personal data, and how users personal data will be protected they use the application of  Firstpack or the application developed by a third party for Firstpack (“Application”). Firstpack do not sell or trade its users personally identifiable information; however, we may share the information with third parties who need users database to manage conducting our business, operating our website/Application, and servicing you, so long as both parties agree to keep this information confidential.

When you use Firstpack Application functions, such as when you register for certain services, access some features or services. The Application asks you to provide certain personal data such as your name, contact details, postal address, username, email address, password, etc.

Information collected automatically when you visit the Application:

When users visit or download the application, a few information comes to us automatically. This includes:

a. The IP address or Internet Protocol (IP) Address of device you are using.

b. The browser type and operating system of device.

c. The links and web pages you visit, and advertisements you view,

d. The speed of bandwidth and software program information installed on the device.

e. Standard server log information

Information collected from other sources:

Firstpack use public and commercial sources (as permitted by law) to collect information. We may receive your information from these resources, which we may add with other details we receive from or about you through other mediums. Also, we may receive information about you from third-party social networking services when you opt to connect and share details with those services.

The General Use:

Firstpack may use the collected information to register you or your device for services we provide, to give you service or feature you requested, provide customized content and send recommendations based on your past activities on our Application.

The Advertisements Use:

Firstpack may use information to provide you with updates on product and service, newsletters and other communications related to the existing and new products, and services via post, telephone, email, in-device messaging or text message (SMS). We do so, after receiving your prior consent or permitted to do so under applicable law.

For Statistics and Research Use:

Firstpack may use your information to create segment data or user group profiles and to create anonymous, aggregated statistics about our products, services and loyalty programs use. This we may share with third parties and/or make available to the public.

Firstpack may use the collected information for improving and enhancing the existing Firstpack services, products and Applications and create new offerings, advertisements, recommendations and other communications, and also to learn more about the preferences of customers in general.

When you upload product reviews, content or comments to our websites or Application, and made them available for public, Firstpack may link to, publish or publicize these content elsewhere, including in our advertisements.

 To whom do we share your Personal Data:

a. We may engage individuals or third party entities to facilitate our Services (e.g. maintenance, audit, analysis, marketing and development). These entities may have partial access to your information. It is made available to them to perform their tasks on our behalf and they are obligated to follow Firstpack privacy and security policy,  of not disclosing or using the data for other purposes. All of  the third party providers are approved to go through an immense data protection compliance vetting process before being selected as a third party provider. They are also bound by all relevant terms of confidentiality, data privacy laws and this Privacy Policy.

b. When you opt to use our Application, the application confirms your acceptance of the third party developer user agreement as well as the Firstpack’s privacy policy.

c. In a few instances we reveal your information to other parties to abide by the law or respond to compulsory legal process or to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our Services or to protect the property, rights or safety of Firstpack, or any of our respective business partners, affiliates or customers.

We provide a variety of choices related to how we will be using your information. We confirm your acceptance to receive promotional communications from us by giving you choice to subscribe or unsubscribe our service. In addition to that, you also have choices to make changes in application settings, or by visiting relevant links.

The Application of  Firstpack may contain links of other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other websites or applications.

Our Application may have links to different websites/ applications or you are referred to our Application via links from another Application or website. Firstpack is not liable for the privacy policies and practices of other websites or applications. The content present on those Applications and Website is subject to their terms of use and any privacy information or additional guidelines provided in relation to that use on their Application and website. Firstpack recommend checking the policy of each website/application you are visiting to better understand your obligations and rights. This is more significant when you are submitting certain types of content on those website/application. For any concern or query, contact the operator or owner of such website/application.

 

Changes to the Privacy Policy:

Firstpack privacy policy is subject to reflect changes that come in practices and service we are offerings. If we make any changes in this Privacy Policy, we would update the date from which the new Privacy Policy will become effective. Firstpack will notify you about any material changes, the same way we treat your information by placing a notice on our website/Application that could be easy to see.

Data Security:

Your personal data security is of great importance to us. To safeguard the information we collect related to the services we offer, we have taken all the physical and technical measures. It is important to note here that we take all required steps to protect your information, however, it is well known fact that no Application/website, computer system, Internet transmission or wireless connection is hundred percent secure.

Eligibility Criteria

This website is for adults, individual age below 18 years are prohibited to use/ contract/ purchase from or with this website. Also, individuals who are incompetent to contract within the Indian Contract Act, 1872  meaning are not entitled to use Firstpack website.

Individuals accessing the website from outside India are accountable for compliance with local laws and if to the extent local laws are applicable. In a condition if any Indian states disallow direct sale of merchandise from other states and ask for special documentation to carry out sale, such a sale without dual taxation, Firstpack hold the right to accept or reject an order received from such states or to be delivered to such states. 

Shipping Policy

Firstpack serves to selected cities in India. To avert disappointment, check if we deliver to your pincode in checkout page of shopping cart. If we do not have courier service in your area either direct or indirect, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

NOTE: Presently, the service of delivering a single order to multiple destinations is not available with us. In such case, buyers have to place different orders.

 Shipping & Handling Charges:

Domestic Order: Customers have to bear the cost of shipping & handling plus any duty as applicable at the destination.

International Order: 

For international orders as well, customer has to bear the cost of shipping & handling plus any duty as applicable at the destination.

Custom Clearance: All the shipments of exported from India has to have clearance of  Indian Customs office. Products are filed with their complete documentation with the authorized officer of the Indian Customs office for examination, assessment and inspection then delivered to your shipping address. Therefore, we recommend you to ignore the message on the package section which mentions: “Please do not accept if the package is received in Open/ Tampered condition”. You will find the package sealed with a label saying “Opened for Customs”.

Our Shipping Partner: : Our domestic logistic partner is AD Express and they are our  domestic logistic partner.

NOTE: While placing the domestic and International order, buyer has to pay the shipping charges. In addition to that, the customer has to borne the custom duty & taxes levied by destination country and needs to be paid by the buyer to the logistic partner at the time of receiving the order. It is important to note that all consignments are on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

We are not delivering the international orders as of now and apologize for the inconvenience caused.

How to Track Order:

Buyers can track their orders clicking on the option Order. This service may asks for a few details such as email address used to place the order, as well as the order number or may show order status directly status.

Users who have registered themselves can sign in to the account and track their orders from order history section present in the account page.

Time to Deliver:

The delivery time of an order varies according to the destination; however, Firstpack team try best to ensure every order gets delivered on time.

Delivery Time for Domestic Orders: The delivery time for domestic order is 5-10 working days from the day of order confirmation to deliver the products within India given that the delivery is not delayed due to governmental authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government. In the unlikely event like exceeding of delivery period from the stipulated time, Firstpack hold the right to cancel that order and we notify customers about the same. In such cases, customers receive the refund directly in their back account we may need bank detail if required to transfer fund but we never ask password or OTP. We use the same mode the payment customer used to buy the product. We have partnered with most reputed courier agencies within the country to ensure quick and secure delivery of products. The customers are requested to enter correct address while placing the order as the order is delivery is address specific.

Important Note: If customers want delivery at office address, they have to provided all necessary details such as employee name and number, department details, direct landline numbers to avert last minute hassles and failed delivery.

We ask for any of the following identity cards for verification and correct delivery:

·        Passport

·        Driving License

·        Unique Identification Card (Aadhaar)

·        Voter identification card 

Delivery Time for International Orders: Firstpack takes 7-21 working days to deliver order outside India from the day of order confirmation, provided that delivery is not delayed by any government authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government. In unlikely situation, we our delivery partner fails to deliver the order within the stipulated period, Firstpack hold the right to cancel the order and notify buyer regarding the same. We process refund of those order directly in buyers account through the same payment mode, which buyers used to purchase the product. We partner with reputed courier agencies only to ascertain that the delivery takes place promptly and in the perfect condition. For the right recipient delivery our logistic partners ask for identity proof for verification:

Return Policy

User must follow while open a consignment:

·        User must open the packaging in front of the camera and make a video of process.

·        The video should be made right from packed package and ends at the fully unboxed package.

·        The video should be one original with no black, brake and diversions.

·        In case any manufacturing defect found, Firstpack replace the product but shipment charges will be born by customer.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation By Firstpack Company Limited:

We are committed to give the finest service to our customer, however, there may be certain orders that we cannot accept, and thus, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel or refuse any order. The reason for cancelations or refuse could be limitation on the quantity available for purchase; errors in pricing or product details or certain issues recognized by our fraud avoidance department or any other issue which Firstpack identifies for not accepting the order. In addition to that, we reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in some exceptional certain cases. We notify buyers in case their order get cancelled fully or partially or if any extra information is required to for order acceptance.

Cancellation by Customer:

Once you place the order, it could only be cancelled before it dispatches from our side. Registered customer can check their order status at Order option available at https://firstpacks.com.  Once we receive the cancellation request, we initiate the refunding process. The amount will be refunded to buyers account via the same payment mode that the buyer used to make the transaction or via cheque (Cheque method for refund would only be used in a condition when debit/credit card used by customer while placing the order is not in use).
