Shipping Policy
Firstpack serves to selected cities in India. To avert disappointment, check if we deliver to your pincode in checkout page of shopping cart. If we do not have courier service in your area either direct or indirect, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
NOTE: Presently, the service of delivering a single order to multiple destinations is not available with us. In such case, buyers have to place different orders.
Shipping & Handling Charges:
Domestic Order: Customers have to bear the cost of shipping & handling plus any duty as applicable at the destination.
International Order:
For international orders as well, customer has to bear the cost of shipping & handling plus any duty as applicable at the destination.
Custom Clearance: All the shipments of exported from India has to have clearance of Indian Customs office. Products are filed with their complete documentation with the authorized officer of the Indian Customs office for examination, assessment and inspection then delivered to your shipping address. Therefore, we recommend you to ignore the message on the package section which mentions: “Please do not accept if the package is received in Open/ Tampered condition”. You will find the package sealed with a label saying “Opened for Customs”.
Our Shipping Partner: : Our domestic logistic partner is AD Express and they are our domestic logistic partner.
NOTE: While placing the domestic and International order, buyer has to pay the shipping charges. In addition to that, the customer has to borne the custom duty & taxes levied by destination country and needs to be paid by the buyer to the logistic partner at the time of receiving the order. It is important to note that all consignments are on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

How to Track Order:
Buyers can track their orders clicking on the option Order. This service may asks for a few details such as email address used to place the order, as well as the order number or may show order status directly status.
Users who have registered themselves can sign in to the account and track their orders from order history section present in the account page.

Time to Deliver:
The delivery time of an order varies according to the destination; however, Firstpack team try best to ensure every order gets delivered on time.
Delivery Time for Domestic Orders: The delivery time for domestic order is 5-10 working days from the day of order confirmation to deliver the products within India given that the delivery is not delayed due to governmental authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government. In the unlikely event like exceeding of delivery period from the stipulated time, Firstpack hold the right to cancel that order and we notify customers about the same. In such cases, customers receive the refund directly in their back account we may need bank detail if required to transfer fund but we never ask password or OTP. We use the same mode the payment customer used to buy the product. We have partnered with most reputed courier agencies within the country to ensure quick and secure delivery of products. The customers are requested to enter correct address while placing the order as the order is delivery is address specific.
Important Note: If customers want delivery at office address, they have to provided all necessary details such as employee name and number, department details, direct landline numbers to avert last minute hassles and failed delivery.
We ask for any of the following identity cards for verification and correct delivery:

· Passport
· Driving License
· Unique Identification Card (Aadhaar)
· Voter identification card
Delivery Time for International Orders: Firstpack takes 7-21 working days to deliver order outside India from the day of order confirmation, provided that delivery is not delayed by any government authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government. In unlikely situation, we our delivery partner fails to deliver the order within the stipulated period, Firstpack hold the right to cancel the order and notify buyer regarding the same. We process refund of those order directly in buyers account through the same payment mode, which buyers used to purchase the product. We partner with reputed courier agencies only to ascertain that the delivery takes place promptly and in the perfect condition.
